Where
do I start when it's about Mr. A, as I refer to JR Allen? I met Mr.
A. 17 years ago when I decided to purchase my first home. Mr.
Allen never judged me. I was only twenty years old and a single
parent of a baby girl, but never for a minute did I feel out of
place when I stepped into his office.
Mr. Allen sat me down and counseled me; one can imagine that although I knew
what I wanted to do, it was still great to have the reassurance of a
professional. When others thought that I was crazy to want to take on the
responsibility of a house, Mr. A, commended me for my independence and
resilience.
The
process was amazingly easy because he held my hand every step of the way.
Over the years as you can imagine, I've referred quite a few clients to

I would like to let JR Allen know that the service that he provided
for his community is highly valuable and very essential. Without a JR Allen this
community would have been bamboozled and left for ruins by these fly by night
entities that come into the Caribbean community and made their monies and soon disappeared. These very same companies would then
reinvent themselves under different names, and try taking advantage of the community all over again. When I was in the
process of purchasing my home, JR had started the process but during this time he
was going through the most difficult time of his life, the illness of his daughter Gabrielle, may she rest in peace.
Every time I had a question or a problem, I would call JR and he was
always there to solve them. Many Real Estate Brokers work hand in hand with these companies and as such you would be left without a true voice guiding you through the home buying process. JR Allen has always been for the community, he has sponsored many
youth programs including soccer and basketball to name a few. I have
never seen any of these programs able to approach any of these
entities for sponsorship because all that they are is a voice on the
radio screaming and selling scare tatics to a community that is sorry
to say is gullible and easily swayed but at least we all know JR's face

When the real estate took a plunge in early 2008, I was in a contact to purchase a commercial building and even though I had a signed contract and my 20 percent deposit check had already changed months before, the banks refused to issue me a loan. I thought I have lost my 20 percent down payment and had accepted defeat. But the staff of Reliable Financing led by Mr. JR Allen did not react that quickly, they never gave up on my situation and in the long run Mr. Allen was able to engineer a program that got me the loan to close my deal.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. J.R. Allen and his crew at J.R. Allen Solutions, thank you, thank you thank you!!! I first approached Mr. Allen in September of 2007 with questions about re-financing. He provided me with the necessary information and of course ran a credit report. At the time, my credit scores were less than desirable. Mr. Allen advised me that it would not be beneficial to me if I refinanced at the time seeing that my credit scores would definitely have impacted the interest rates that the banks would offer. He further explained to me that if I pay off some outstanding balances and pay my bills on time, my credit scores would improved and I would have a better chance of getting a lower interest rate from the bank. Mr. Allen worked with me diligently, advising me every step of the way and most importantly I could always reach him via telephone or e-mail, with pressing questions or concerns.
The economy took a turn for the worst and everyone knows what happened. The banks were reluctant to lend money simply because so many homes were facing foreclosure and they were loosing money. Needless to say, my home was also on the foreclosure list. Mr. Allen worked feverishly with my mortgage holder in an effort to obtain a loan modification on my existing mortgage. It was a difficult process and at times I actually gave up, however Mr. Allen kept encouraging me to hold tight because it would all work out. The bank associates can be very difficult to deal with. As a matter of fact the loan officer that I dealt with was impossible. I was exhausted, frustrated and was at the end of the line. I just could not deal with this person any longer. I felt that I was loosing my sanity; I was loosing my night’s rest, experienced pains in my chest and stomach and this was definitely not good. To be frank, I was heading for a serious break-down. I turned all communication with the bank over the Mr. Allen, who was constantly on the phone negotiating in my favor. Eventually, we had to by-pass the loan manager and went straight to the top where we dealt with the President and CEO. It was then that we got results. Today, I am ecstatic to report that my loan has been modified and I didn’t have to pay the back payments up front.
I had a split mortgage where the interest rate on the first mortgage was 6.8% and the interest rate on the second loan was 11.4%. To complicate matters, the first loan was fixed for only 2 years with a 50 year arm. I can report to you that I am extremely satisfied with the efforts that Mr. Allen exhibited on my behalf. I now have a mortgage that is fixed. The interest rate on the first mortgage is now 5% with a maturity date of 2037; the second mortgage is now 6.5% with a maturity date of 2018. God works in mysterious ways and this is one of his mysteries. The rates that the banks were offering when we attempted to refinance are nothing compared to what I now have.
This showing of gratitude is well over due. My family and I could never tell you enough how lucky and appreciative we are to have known you and your team. You welcomed us into your office and made us feel at home. As a matter of fact, I felt as if I had known you for the last 20 years. We explained to you what we had and you explained to us exactly what we needed. You didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear, you told us the facts, straight up.
We all see or hear in the news these days about corrupt and dishonest mortgage companies/brokers who are misleading desperate people so they can get their commissions; not caring where these people will end up in the future. This country needs more corporations like yours and more people like you; honest, dedicated, efficient, no-nonsense, and this is only a few words to describe the feelings you have shared with us. Thank you so much for dealing with the constant e-mails the endless number of questions, and the panic attacks. who listens to the radio and heard him talking about helping the community with
mortgages and my husband knew that I am a no nonsense person and will only do
business with people that make sense and have some sort of intelligence that’s

The first time I met Mr. Allen it felt as if
we knew each other for years and the reason for this was his personality
and the way he approaches his customers, it made me feel right away
